'Walking Together' is an original composition created with the intention of bringing the outside in and turning it inside out through the use of carefully-captured field recordings and original music fused with modularly-generated sound waves that lie transparently in the composition. 'Walking Together' aims to interpret and give voice to the exhibit's physical space and to connect the artworks with an emotional experience that draws from the artists' works.

Carlos da Silva is best known for making music that is played and praised by some of the world's most respected underground DJs and producers, with releases on Jay Tripwire's Northern Lights imprint and slated for multiple international labels in 2005. Now based in Miami and originally from Portugal, this longtime Seattle resident was instrumental in laying the foundation for Seattle's electronic music community. As a DJ Carlos has been booked to play all over the world, but his history and influence in the electronic music community reach far beyond this role. In the 90's he founded 'Delicious Music', a record store devoted to the often-overlooked styles coming out of the USA and Europe, and used his EatKnowledge and EatHouse labels to find and expose unknown techno and house artists. Carlos will be launching his new "House Of Knobs" label this year.
